great work out, the renegade rows were tougher than I had expected.
bench went 205lbs, 215lbs, 225lbs, 235lbs, 235lbs
50lbs for the renegade rows, 50lbs for the snatches, i used DB for both, since I do not have a kettle ball
I struggle with the KTE's so I did about 25 of those, then did 50 ab throw downs.
