Got my goal of 10, I feel I could have done more, those jumps take a lot out of you. I noticed my SDHP's getting a little sloppy towards the end.
TOday should be another tough day.
For time:
* 1000 meter row
* 5 rope climbs
* 50 pull ups
* 50 H.S.P.U's
* 50 burpees (with push up, jump, and a clap above your head)
40 hip extensions
I will be substituting each rope climb for 7 towel pull ups, and when I can no longer do HSPU I will substitute them for DB press standing.
